Pleasant room located on the 1st floor of the house (approximately 25 m2), above the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with a small private balcony fitted with two chairs and a small side table. Maximum two people per room. Contemporary decoration. Pretty fabrics chosen in shades of white, beige, terracotta.

BOOKING TERMS

Arrival : between 5 and 7 p.m. (late arrivals to be confirmed in advance by telephone).

Departure : before 10 a.m.

All areas of the guest house (including private outdoor areas) are non-smoking.

Animals will not be accepted.

A deposit will be requested for any firm reservation.

The amount will be determined upon confirmation of the stay (by phone or email, for the minimum amount of one night).

For stays of less than three nights, the full amount of the stay may be requested in the form of a deposit. The payment of the balance of the stay will be made upon your arrival.

Payment accepted:

• French bank checks in Euro, to be made out to "ETXE EDERRA"
• VISA and MasterCard credit cards, (with the possibility of paying the deposit thanks to remote payment with your credit card)
• bank transfers (with IBAN code)
• cash (Euros), ATM in the village.

The Joséphine Room measures approximately 21 m² and offers an Art Deco decoration. It is located on the first floor and has windows overlooking a small street. All our rooms are non-smoking and have Wi-Fi access.

It measures approximately 24 m² and offers quality 190 cm bedding (or two single beds, on request). You will appreciate the cupboard, the office area, the connected television, the kettle and the safe. You will have access to a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and welcome products. The lavatory is separated from the bathroom. In our guest house in the Basque Country, the rooms are non-smoking and the Wi-Fi connection is free.
