Established on family land in the heart of the Basque Country, we breed Manech head Rousse dairy ewes, fat ducks and pigs.
It is through our dishes with authentic tastes and cooked by us that we want you to discover our farm products. The raw products come from our farm and our know-how; thus we are committed to the quality of our service.
In the dining room or on the terrace, it is in a friendly atmosphere that you will taste our family recipes while enjoying the panorama that unfolds to 180 degrees.
Our productions benefit from official quality signs such as the Label Rouge Agneau de Lait des Pyrénées; the red label Canards Gras du Sud-Ouest and AOC Ossau-Iraty sheep's milk.
