🧳 Check in
Your room will be ready from 5:00 p.m. Check-in takes place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know. Late arrival possible until 8.30 p.m., on request.
🚗 Parking
We do not have private parking, but you can park for free and easily in rue Notre Dame (in front of the house) or in rue St Jean (behind the house).
You also have free public car parks in the village , located 5 minutes away on foot (without prior reservation).

🥐 Breakfast & Catering
We offer a gourmet breakfast at the price of 12€/person (on reservation) . For lunch and dinner, we recommend a list of nearby restaurants .
If you wish, we provide you with a fridge for your food and a microwave oven to heat your dishes . However, it is not possible to cook at home . We will be grateful if you do not take meals in the room . The breakfast room is at your disposal for this.
🚲 Bicycle garage
We have a garage to store your bikes safely.
🌏 Surroundings
Ideally located in the heart of a village classified as "One of the most beautiful villages in France" , easy to access, just 30km from Biarritz and its airport, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the beaches of the Basque Coast. La Bastide Clairence is a 17th century village with a magnificent architectural heritage, which is home to many craftsmen.
Take advantage of the many assets offered by the surroundings: hiking (La Rhune, the Caves of Isturitz and Oxocelhaya), cultural visits (Bonnat Museum, Basque Museum, Chocolate Museum, Sea Museum), charming little surrounding villages ( Sare, Ainhoa, Espelette, Cambo-les-bains).
🛏️ Rooms
Bed linen and towels are provided. As a reminder, it is strictly forbidden to eat in the rooms.
All interior spaces of the guest house are non-smoking . It is possible to smoke on the terrace.
🐾 Animals
We adore them but unfortunately, we cannot welcome them... We ourselves have a cocker spaniel who is not very open to sharing his house with his congeners!
💳 Payments accepted
- French bank checks in Euro, to be made out to "ETXE EDERRA"
- VISA and MasterCard credit cards, (with the possibility of paying the deposit thanks to remote payment with your credit card)
- Bank transfers (with IBAN code)
- Cash (Euros), ATM in the village.
