A family affair.

The Joanto “little Jean” house in Basque has been a family affair since 2019. Jean-Martin Etcheverry, a child of Briscous supported by his wife Monique and his son Vincent, makes a dream come true with this restaurant. Thanks to their niece and chef Charlotte Ducassou, who visited great Parisian restaurants, this place exudes gastronomy and conviviality.
