The restaurant is at the heart of the hotel, and overlooks the skylight terrace, it is a soothing stopover.

Simple and fair cuisine

For the catering part, Peio Donapetry, with the strength of his apprenticeships, particularly at Dutournier and Coussau (2 stars), is in charge. Its credo: the choice of excellence while respecting the seasons, at the heart of a menu combining land and sea and constantly renewed. Chef's words: "The cook is a conduit between the producer and the gourmet."
